Possible cyst, what do I do?

So for a while I’ve had this pain in my bikini line on the right side and at first I thought it was from maybe stretching it too far during sex so it was sore. It hurt but it was bearable. Well the pain got progressively worse and now there’s a bump and idk if it’s an ingrown hair (I don’t really shave down there) or if it’s a cyst of some kind but it hurts so bad i can hardly walk since it’s right in that middle area where my thigh meets my vulva.

Now I don’t know if this is something I call my OB/GYN about and have them look at it or if I just go to urgent care and have them look at it. I’ve never had insurance so urgent care was my only option but I have an OB/GYN now thanks to medicaid so do I stick with urgent care or see my OB/GYN????
