TTC help

I had my annual pap today along with a blood test to see if we were successful this month and I got the call that I am not. Another month of getting my hopes up.. 🥺 my obgyn suggested that we try pre-seed lubricant. Has anyone tried this with successful results? Reviews on it are all over the place. My doctor said if we don’t get pregnant in 6 months (we’ve been trying for 8 months) to come back in and get his sperm checked. At this point I will literallly try anything. I bought some fertility tea today to try out but any other suggestions? Pre-seed? Anything?
