Help with not winning in preschool

My 5 year old is in preschool. Last week her teacher started giving out prizes to the kid who raised their hand first and correctly answers random questions (like today’s question was how many days until Halloween). Last week my kid brought home 3 little prizes but today a classmate won. Tonight she was crying because she doesn’t want her friend to win the prize tomorrow, she wants to. And I don’t really know the best way to handle this one. Any advice? She’s a perfectionist so I anticipate this meltdown will happen again.
