Little Liam born at 36 weeks

My beautiful little boy has had kidney problems for a while now . They noticed the tubes to his kidneys were dilated at about 20 weeks. A week ago after an ultrasound I was told that it seemed as if his right kidney stopped functioning. They believe that delivering early could help with that to start healing. I got two steroid shots to help with his lungs and was scheduled for the 25th. He’s doing greatOther than breathing a little fast. I had to be put under for a C-section without a spinal or epidural because it’s extremely difficult to numb me but the excitement of his birth makes me overlook most of the pain. Just so happy that he is here and doing good!
