Anxiety about late period

Yall… I’m so anxious. I’m 11 days late and took one test that said negative. The last time i had sex was October 14th, but we used a condom and he pulled out before ejaculation, even with a condom on, and we always check it after for holes or anything.

I’m so anxious even though i know it’s probably anxiety that’s making it more late.

I spotted on October 23rd but it was my normal spotting and with mild cramping, no abnormal color or anything. Idk what’s going on or what to do.

I did change antidepressants this month though.

How likely is it that I’m pregnant?
