Need some advice 23+6

I'm 29 tomorrow and a first time mum. been riding most of the symptoms and feeling out and telling myself 'nah thats just normal' I don't have any women around me to ask the questions especially the embarrassing ones so been comming here and reading what you guys are talking about and if any of it fits what I'm experiencing. I've been suffering with really bad stomach ache for a couple of days like im going to poop myself or due to start a period, no pain just that dull feeling that I can't shake. Anyone else get this or have any advice for me?
