What do I do I never consented to this!!

I was reading through everything in my file on the app that .y medical records are uploaded to and I found this it says tubal sterilization consent signed I seen that doctor once at 15 weeks and 20 weeks and I never discussed any of this let alone consented to it they also failed to inform me that my son has bilateral club feet I had my anatomy scan a month ago and never saw anyone or heard anything back  I can't believe any of this and don't know what to do

If you look at the document there is no initials nor date this was signed. It’s literally just included on the paperwork probably if a mother did want that procedure. From what I can tell that has not signed or dated thus it’s not requested. No doctor can just sterilize you.

I would call and ask to have your doctor go through the results with you… it’s possible it could be a clerical error and someone else’s notes ended up on your chart maybe?
