I had almost identical pregnancies with my first and second. I had more symptoms with my third pregnancy.

I was so sick with my first that I contemplated abortion.  I had almost no symptoms at all with my second

I had no symptoms with my first. Now I’m 10 weeks with my second and feel nausea, fatigue, headaches, etc but I’m also using progesterone supplements this time, so I think that is helping cause symptoms.

If you'd asked me a week ago I would have said yes.. but now all my symptoms seem to have disappeared and it's back to being an identical pregnancy to last time.. I'm only 9 weeks though so early days
