Was anyone able to use Natural induction methods to start labor BEFORE a scheduled induction?

I might have to be induced next week and just curious if anyone was able to start labor on their own instead of being induced.

My sister swears by pedicures! I also took my best friend to get a pedi on her due date and she went into labor. They say it hits pressure points. Not sure if it was a coincidence or not😊

People swear by the Midwives brew. I unfortunately had a scheduled c section so I didn’t try it out myself, BUT I had a cousin do it and she went from 1cm dialed to 6cm in a matter of hours and was admitted

My midwife recommended evening primrose oil capsules and red raspberry leaf tea. Not sure if it works, Im supposed to take it in 2 weeks

Sex put me in labor twice.

My induction was scheduled for 38+1 because I was high risk.  I would have refused an induction entirely if I wasn’t.  
I started eating medjool dates at 36w (6 a day).  Had sex at 37+2.  Pink stork labor prep tea three times a day starting at 36w.  Miles circuit starting at 37w.  
The day before I went into labor I actually did nothing special.  I had a dr appt where I was checked and I was only 1cm and 50% effaced despite 2 weeks of prodromal. That’s essentially nothing for a 4th time mom.  I decided nothing was going to help.  I went home, had a nesting bug and cleaned and cleaned and cleaned.  I was STARVING that night so I broke my gallbladder diet and ate an entire pizza with fresh jalapeños on it.  Went to sleep accepting that I’d be induced the next week.  I woke up in labor at 4 am the next morning, thinking it was a gallbladder attack🤣 and had him at 9am.  
I have a history of preterm babies so I don’t know if anything actually helped or if my body was just done but it was nice to avoid an induction

Hard to tell if it was just coincidence or actually natural induction. I had sex which gave me cramps which lead to contractions.
