Anyone have this happen before? POOP PROBLEMS, TMI!!

Starting yesterday, my stomach will randomly hurt SO BAD, hurt to move and everything and it’ll make so many gurgling noises. I’ll go to the bathroom and strain and do little bits of diarrhea, and then that’s all I can do. I was able to have a really good poop once yesterday, but that didn’t stop the issue. I’m almost 27 weeks pregnant, if that has anything to do with it 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m also having some really low back pain, like right above my butt so maybe she’s putting pressure on my colon? Idk how this stuff works 😂 anyone had this issue before and know what it is?
