I want to weight lift… but 😩
I love the idea of weight lifting. I love that it’s becoming more popular for women to weight lift as part of their workout routine and how were smooshing the idea that it’ll make you bulky
My problem is that I want to weight lift so damn bad. But I’m 4’8”… it’s not a huge issue for some things because I can adjust the height on a lot of equipment… however for this such as bench pressing, I can’t adjust the height of the thing that you lay on
How am I supposed to have good form when my legs don’t even touch the ground???
Honestly my height is what stops me from even walking into a gym because it’s embarrassing how many machines I can’t use because you can’t adjust the height….. or you can, but it’s still not enough.
I really just want to buy equipment and make my own at home gym because yeah, you get all the perks of a gym like classes, sauna’s (some places), a big selection of machines etc. but for me and how short I am it’s just not worth it
Anyway.. back to my rant.. how am I supposed to have good form when my legs don’t touch the ground??
