Tips to get out of a depressive state
I was isolated from covid. I’m at the end of It so I still want to be cautious about being around people. I have no motivation or energy to do anything. I just want to lay in bed and sleep. I feel foggy. I know I just need to force myself to do stuff. Any advice would be great!
