Frustrated with my doctors office

So I had blood work done at my 8 week appointment and it’s been a week and a half later and I haven’t heard anything back. Not even confirmation on a pregnancy test at the doctors, I did have a ton of positive at home tests though. I’m just frustrated because they haven’t told me a single thing and I just want doctor confirmation. I have an ultrasound next week on Wednesday but then two days later I have an appointment on Friday with the doctor to go over the ultrasound. I have never known an OBGYN to discuss an ultrasound at a later date. Especially if they see something abnormal. Like you really want me to worry for two days if everything is okay with my baby? Im just so frustrated at the lack of communication and how I get the feeling that they don’t care as much as they should. Has anyone else had something similar with their doctor? I didn’t even see my actual doctor at my 8 week appointment which I guess is normal because I just got bloodwork done but no one has contacted me over the results of my bloodwork or urine test.
