Mucus plug & Labor?

How long did it take for yall mommies to go into labor after losing mucus plug??? 
Im currently 37 weeks & mine has been coming out since Tuesday?

Losing your mucus plug doesn't indicate labour will come, woman will lose parts of it their last month of pregnancy. The cervix will actually continues to produce mucus even after you lose it for the baby to be sealed off from bacteria entering. Your body will start discharging towards the end of pregnancy, but won't make labor come any quicker or give you an indication when labor will start. Just a happy sign the end is near as we're already aware being close to our due dates 😊
