Wondering if I'm getting close 😅. I'm 36 + 1 and for the past two days I've had AWEFUL cramps that feel like menstrual cramps. I've also had a shooting pain in my bum non stop for the past two days and I'm on the toilet alot 😅😬. Today I started to feel a sore pressure down below.. and I'm getting Braxton Hicks quite often when laying down or sitting. I'm a FTM so I'm wondering if this means I'm close.

Yeh your gearing up.. does take a minute so it shouldnt be anytime too soon. Maybe 37-38wks?? You will feel pretty achey by the last weeks of pregnancy.

Be careful about pushing/constipation this late in the game. I’d take a stool softener. You don’t want to go into labor with a bad case of hemorrhoids. It will just add insult to injury in the delivery and recovery process.

Eat heaps of pineapple fresh and red raspberry leaf tea with another fruit tea as it doesnt taste the best.. putting evening primrose oil capules in your vagina at night will help soften everything too. But wait till full term at 37wks to do these methods. I found acupuncture and acupressure got me into labor.
