Ridiculous blocked nose , 27 weeks pregnant

OK I caught a cold about 1 and half weeks back, within 3 or 4 days the runny nose and mild cough subsided, but been having this blocked nose since forever. It is so hard to breathe sometimes. Most of the time I breathe through the mouth. I tried Claritin and Zyrtec,they don't work. I tried Saline nasal sprays and just general steaming, they don't work either. Is there any hope for me, that I will be able to breathe thought my nose 🙄. I went to a physician twice, but they be like wait it out or says to keep using the saline spray. If there are pregnancy safe medications, why cant doctors just prescribe it? 🙄🙄 it's so annoying when they say, oh your pregnant, better to just stick with saline spray and steam. It's affecting my quality of life, I have a toddler at home and taking care of her sometimes is hard cause am out of breath because of the blocked nose. Has anyone gone through this and was able to get any pregnancy safe meds that actually work ?

Don't bother responding . I'm not being rude, just plain pregnant, hormonal and miserable.
