Any one have to get a ct scan during 1st trimester?

So I went to the er and they thought I could have a blood clot in my lung so they had to do a ct scan. They were aware of the pregnancy and put one of those blanket things on my stomach. Has anyone gotten a ct scan in the 1st trimester? Did you have any complications because of it? This poor baby is off to a rough start. First I got covid a few days before I found out, then I had to take ibuprofen because I couldn’t see from a migraine and no one was here to help me get Tylenol from the store. Now I had to get a ct scan. I’m only 5 weeks along. I’m freaking out a little
