Vaginal pain

Y’all please help me I can’t live like this anymore! For two months now I have had the worst pain during intercourse and after that I will cry for hours until the burning stops. I can’t touch my vagina after intercourse. I can’t sit or walk or lay down nothing satisfies the burn except dealing with it for hours until it stops. Peeing after is the worst pain of all time. The dr prescribed me medicine for BV twice but the medicine never worked. At night time I itch like crazy down there too. Someone help me. Also it’s not an STD I’ve been with the same man for 4 years and I just got tested when I went to the dr and everything was negative.
