More then one yolk?
So the first picture is an ultrasound of my daughter at 5weeks. The second is now with this baby at 5w1d (should be 5w6d based off period but doc said 5+1). Doc said all she sees is the gestational sac and yolk sac but it looks like there is something else in it. And it’s bigger than my daughters was around the same time.
