Other moms with recurrent loss - when would/did you share your news?

Question

For context, I am 28, and have had 6 miscarriages (one with my abusive ex and the remaining 5 with my husband) and am pregnant again. We're doing not only progesterone suppositories like last time, but also baby aspirin too. I have baseline bloodwork on Wednesday, and I'd assume repeat HCG levels on Friday. My hpt's are getting darker which helps a little. 
If you'd been pregnant 7 times, none successful, when would you tell folks other than your partner?

I haven't had any losses but my brother and his wife have. Depending on when your losses occurred I'd wait till you're past that point. My brother doesn't tell anyone but my mom and me until after the first trimester since that's when all of hers have happened. Sorry I can't share personal experience but I hope this helps. This is my 4th pregnancy with 3 losses at 4,8,and 21 weeks. We told people the next day. Mostly because we were doing ivf and I decided to be open about our journey.

It is a very personal decision. ￼ But I was reading an article not long ago how about when to tell people. And one of the questions they brought up was “ Will not telling people make it any less sad if the pregnancy doesn’t stick?” A miscarriage is awful and sad no matter how many people know. The real question is do you want your support system to be able to understand that you need them or do you want to grieve by yourself. Alternatively if the pregnancy is going well do you want people to be there celebrating with you, cheering you on as you reach each mile stone?
I have had a couple of miscarriages myself and being a very private person I was holding my grief close to my heart and not letting a lot of people in but what I need at the most was my closest people being there to support me. For me, my decision with this pregnancy is to let my closest friends family know early on and to keep the big announcements for the general public and social media till later on in the pregnancy. ￼ I want to enjoy each moment of this pregnancy and not live in fear of the future. To believe for health and wholeness over this pregnancy and to rejoice for each day I get to be with this little one.

After I had my mmc I got pregnant with my son. I only told a handful of family members that’s it. I never post about it (I did on glow) but not on my other accounts. I did not tell my friend or anything. I kept on the down low Because I was so scared I was going to lose my son. Now I’m pregnant with my daughter I’m still the same way. I have not post about it but only on glow. After my mmc I have in the back in my mind anything can happen. But everyone is different. So really it’s up to you.

I just found out I’m pregnant after 5 losses. We told my husbands twin brother and wife and my best friend but I will hold off telling my family and everyone else till after 12 weeks ultrasound and amnio

This is my fifth pregnancy after 4 losses. We started telling close family and friends around 14 weeks and everyone else has found out either by seeing me or word of mouth

We had reoccurring losses in the first tri, my close friends knew when they would happen but nothing on social media. With my daughter we posted small hints randomly after 10w, when we had seen her heart and then the grand announcement at 21w right after we had our anatomy scan. Currently we've made 3 small hints on FB, but our anatomy scan is in 2 weeks and I don't plan on sharing her until Christmas time, maybe not until she's born. If you want to scream it to the world, I say do it. Do it whenever you want to because every pregnancy and every baby deserves to be loved on, no matter if they stay earthside. The lost announcement may be hard but people would know what you're going through, it unfortunately happens more than people care to admit

I didn't tell anyone who absolutely didn't need to know until after I gave birth. Work knew at 7wks because I was put on a lifting restriction. My drinking buddies figured it out when I switched from tequila to sprite at gatherings, my parents were told at 20wks, and I didn't post anything on social media until she was about a week old.
