TTC second baby after c section??

I am 10 months postpartum and want to try for my second baby. I had a emergency c section with my first after being induced due to cholestasis. I have been officially trying for two months, taking my vitamins, and using OPKs and baby dancing when needed and I am pretty sure I am out this month. Do you think my c section is the reason I am not pregnant yet? It only took us one month to conceive my first. I feel tugs at my scar and soreness till now when I am close to my period as well. Is this normal?

I don’t think the csection is causing issues but I’ve had 2 csections (1 emergency & 1 scheduled) but my doctor said to wait at least 18 months before getting pregnant again because it takes a long time for your body to heal completely after csections.

My first baby was breech so I had a scheduled c-section and unexpectedly got pregnant at 5 months pp with my second! 4 years later we’re on cycle 2 trying for our 3rd. A c section should not cause infertility, it can take a while for a healthy couple to conceive. If you’re concerned I would recommend making an appointment with your dr. I hope this helps

If you have concerns regarding your c section scar then you need to see a doctor. It would honestly be best to do before ttc imo.
No, your c section should not impact you ttc.
It can easily take a healthy couple up to a year ttc. Maybe you just got lucky last time 🤷🏻‍♀️ It's only your second cycle so honestly no reason to be concerned at all yet.

I had a C-section 8 months ago, I also started trying again in August so now it's been 3 months of trying after a c-section praying that this month is our month baby dust to all!!
