I need some advice Plz 😫

Hi ladies , please help I don't know what is going on. I'm already late for my period 1 week . My last period was on sep 25 , normally I have really heavy periods but I had some brown discharge on October 20 which last like 2 days (not normal for me ) then on October 29 I started getting pelvic pain / uterus pain , back pain and super bloated . Still no af. I have taking test and negative sometimes I feel like I have line eyes . Has any one had this happen and got a bfp???? PLZ HELP I'm going crazy lol
