Clogged duct underneath my boob
Hello ladies I need help. I’ve had a clogged duct in my underboob area and it’s pretty sore. I’ve tried massaging it out pretty intensely and using warm compresses, massaging it out while nursing and pumping, took ibuprofen this morning (which helped ease the swelling) but it’s not budging too much. I seriously am trying to avoid mastitis. Help!!
