Nursing while pregnant

Is anyone else still nursing a baby while pregnant? My 15 month old still pacifies/ nurses for comfort to sleep, and the pain that has developed over the last week has given me the motivation to finally wean him fully. He has never taken a paci, and I’ve always been his sense of comfort. Any tips on how to start this process would help 😖 He has self weaned himself down to just comforting himself to sleep, but there is no end in sight for that. Thank you!!
