Clogged duct update

Hello ladies, I recently made a post about having a REALLY bad clogged duct. Last night I got desperate and wanted to prevent mastitis so I had my husband help me suck it out😂 and let me tell you it WORKED! It was super strange but if any of you are suffering like i was, if you can, get your S/O to help you while you massage the swollen areas really hard towards your nipple! I didn’t think it would actually work but my boob is back to normal and now producing more milk than before! I hope it works for any of you as well! ❤️
