diastasis recti

I'm pretty sure I have it, I have had 6 kids all within 10 years pretty back to back (oldest being 10 years old, youngest being 10.5 months). I've never been diagnosed, but was wondering who would I talk to/see about this? I have really bad lower back pain (which is a million times worse when pregnant), I haven't had a family doctor in 8 years (mine quit doing family practice to do lip injections, botox, etc), so I have to find a family doctor which is hard because of covid, a lot of places aren't accepting new patients right now 😒
