Hi my daughter is 7 days old and the lactation consultant and doctor told me to wake her up every 2 hours to eat since I’m breastfeeding. I’ve see comments about people mentioning to feed on demand. Which method is better ? Honestly the 2 hours are killing me and my nipples. Any information on a good nipple cream would be helpful too .
