Period officially late by 3 weeks

I am a very healthy 41 yr old and always on time with my period every month. Well, it has been 21 days since my last period. I currently have on and off again Breast tenderness but nothing lasts long. I’ll eat feel super nauseous and then it’ll pass. I was having headaches for the first two weeks , very dull and achy but annoying and lower ab cramping nothing like periods. I have taken many at home urine tests but all say negative. No lie I’ve never had a positive urine test with my first two sons. With that said it has been over 21 years since I last conceived . I know it was always around 8 weeks or exactly two months in that in had the piercing nipple pain. My ex husband got the morning sickness. I do have a physical and blood work coming up this Tuesday and pray the outcome is the Blessing we’ve asked God for.

My question is has anyone experienced this? And what happened? Thank you
