Bile acids for icp?

I got tested for icp due to itching all over body and my bile acids came back as a 12. Is this considered cholestasis? My drs office app says 0 to 19 is normal but online it’s saying over ten is cause of concern?

Do you have signs of icp?  My clinic used the reference range of 0-10 and mine were a 2.

No over a 10 is iCP! I would get a second opinion!! That isn’t something to take lightly , iCP is very dangerous. My dr office consider anything even over 9 is not normal, cause they can rise at any time.
