Blood pressure question
So I had gestational hypertension with both pregnancies. I also have anxiety related to health stuff from a traumatic situation which I’ve been medicated for. Even during pregnancy I took anxiety meds for appointments only. Anyways I take my bp at home here and there just to check up on it. My first reading which I’m always a little anxious for (I don’t take meds for my home readings) will be like 125/80 for example. Then I’ll wait a little and repeat it much calmer because I know it’s not high and it’ll drop significantly to like 110/70. My question is could this be accurate? Could my blood pressure really drop that fast from my first reading to my next? I’ve always wondered because sometimes it’ll be a little elevated like 130/80 but literally 5 mins later it’ll drop to the 110/70 range. Thanks!
