I'm panicking

I've never done line progression before,but as I brought test before I found out I thought I mise aswell use them.well there getting lighter 🤦‍♀️ I'm 7 weeks tomorrow,and also I've had no sickness,which is weird because my other 2 pregnancies I was so awful around this time. Is this going to end badly? :( I've had a tummy bug and diarrhea and im so worried this has done something.
