Tips for clearing acne?

I have had a break out on the corner of my mouth that’s red with some bumps as well as small bumps on my forehead. The breakout around my mouth has been there for a few weeks now and I can’t get rid of it! It starts to clear but then gets red again a day later! My forehead bumps have always come and go no problem but this is the first time I’m breaking out on the sides of my mouth (mask related maybe?). I’ve tried multiple acne creams, sprays, exfoliating pads to no avail. Does anyone have any recommendations of natural remedies, products or other recommendations??
