What does it mean?

Positive digital opk test yesterday… and again today.. doesn’t LH levels decline during/after ovulation? Could this mean I still haven’t ovulated yet? 
Thanks! opk tests are all new to me, this is my first month trying them!

Is it the solid smiley or the flashing one?
If it’s the flashing one it can happen for multiple days, while the solid is PEAK fertility. So keep testing until it’s solid.
