Cramps 38 weeks

My husband has a dentist appt in the morning at 8am. He always takes Ativan prior to the appt.

I’ve been cramping consistently since last night in my lower pelvic area & back. I haven’t noticed any contractions but the cramping has kept me awake (currently 5am, been up since 330am)

I’m concerned that if he has the appt he won’t be able to drive for 24 hours.

Does this sound like something he should postpone?
