Anyone else?

Yesterday I started itching at the top of my vagina but didn’t think anything of it. Fast forward to today with still some itching but not too bad. I have no burning when I pee but I have been peeing a lot..I have felt “off” today but I hate going to the doctor when I can’t say why I feel different so I didn’t go. I went to the bathroom to wipe and this came out…it’s night time here so I don’t have my doctor to go to but I do have the Er. Is this something for the Er? Is there something I can do at home like an at home remedy? I am currently TTC and got a positive ovulation today, I’m not sure if that will have anything to do with it though. Anything you have to say I’ll appreciate!!
