Not wanting my MIL around

Do I have rights to tell my husband I do not want his mother in the hospital while I’m giving birth?! I do not want that lady near me around that time. Am I wrong for that? My husband thinks that’s such a crime, wtf is wrong with him?

Update;

I don’t want her in the waiting room, I don’t want her in the hospital period. But I do want my mom there. But my husband is being very very stubborn and telling me he wants his mom there.

He said If I don’t want his mom in there then my mom can’t be there.!
