Glucose Test Coming Up?

I'm almost 25 weeks with our rainbow girl. 🌈❤️ Every day is a blessing after our 2 losses. They want me to get the glucose test done at 26 weeks which is the week of Thanksgiving. I have no history of GD in my prior successful pregnancy, and I've felt fine this whole time.

However, naturally as a mom, I still worry 😂. Are there usually symptoms for GD before the glucose test? Any warning signs? Anyone have absolutely no symptoms or history, then end up having it? I'm just kinda curious here lol.
