I need a good moisturizer and eyelashes growth serum and Chapstick

I have really bad sensitive self and I need one for my skin and the chapstick I get don’t work like Carmex,chapstick brand, Vaseline don’t work at all it’s dries up real fast also the eyelashes my lash look really bad right now and short at the moment so I need a good recommendations for all of this?!!!k

I'd go with CeraVe for the skin care. I have fair, sensitive skin and it's so gentle. I use the moisturizing cream at night. It's nice and thick. The moisturizing lotion for day time. I also am obsessed with the micellar water. I use it every night before bed. So gentle and helps keep my skin balanced. I typically purchase all from cvs as they send me 30 and 40 % off coupons all the time.

I have eczema and suuuuper sensitive skin. I can only use this. I use it on my face every day and anywhere else I feel dry. Doesn’t leave you slimy and isn’t super oily but is super moisturizing. They carry it at Ulta and Sephora

Couldn’t find a recommendation but any castor oil works 
It has given life to my brows and lashes especially my lashes you have to use it religiously though every night really has worked wonders for me 
Literally any brand just get it from a pharmacy or health stores
