Back and groin pain remedies please
Hello ladies! Turning 27 weeks tomorrow and I’ve been feeling the back and groin pain more frequently, especially in the morning when i wake up. I have trouble switching positions from one side to another without my hubby’s help. It comes and goes, and it’s not the unbearable kind of pain. Just uncomfortable, like when you stretch out a muscle too much. My OB said I’m not allowed to use any pain relief rub or patch, since the body absorbs it and may affect baby. But it’s what I’m used to (got used to it during my athletic days). So now I’m just groaning through the pain since I’ve gone cold turkey on the rubs and patches.
Any suggestions?
