subchorionic hemorrhage at almost 15 weeks

About 2 weeks ago I had some pretty heavy bleeding, I went to the er and found out I have a large subchorionic hemorrhage. I had some spotting after but have felt fine ever since. They have me on partial bed rest and pelvic rest. Tonight I had some light bleeding, I called the nurse advice line and they said I could come in for them to check baby’s heart beat, but I already have with my own Doppler and baby’s heart beat is fine. I had a miscarriage in February so I am so nervous and emotional. I really thought it was healing.
