At what point do you start to feel pregnant?

We are 13w4d with our second and I still dont feel like I am. With our first I was just in shock the entire time and never got to experience the excitement of being pregnant I never believed it.. just curious if I'll finally have it click with this one?

I took a while to click. I think my 20 week anatomy scan and knowing the gender. Picking his name and buying him a few outfits a few days after that. Now I call him by his name and talk about him like he’s already here.
