Cycle after d&c?

Has anyone has issues with their cycle after a D&C?

I had a D&C August 24 after a 6 week loss. I had gotten my first period about 6 weeks later, and it was heavier than usual and longer, which I expected after the procedure. My cycles have always been regular, even after my first MMC, they returned pretty normally. Now I am waiting for my second cycle and AF is currently 13 days late. I’ve never been this late in my life aside from pregnancy, and I know I am not pregnant (took 3 tests throughout the last 2 weeks anyway, all completely negative). I keep getting cramps like AF is coming but nothing at all.

Has anyone else experienced weird cycles after??? I’m getting worried!
