Vaginal temping vs oral
So i have a bbt thermometer . I heard Vaginal temps are more accurate so thats what i would like to start off doing next cycle . Can someone tell me how to do this ? When i should test ? How far should i stick it in ? I am using the at home thermometer and the at home lh strips.
