Hide & seek pregnancy?

My aunt failed 5 urine tests and 2 blood tests, they gave her a physical and she was 9 weeks pregnant.

My mom had no symptoms either (missed periods are common in my genes) so one day she has a burning and went to the doc for uti drugs... sure enough she peed in a cup and BOOM 8 weeks pregnant. Didn’t even know it.

Fast forward to today and my fiancé and I have been trying every day (many times twice a day) for the entire month of October. Had him on vitamin Zinc (which if you don’t know increses sperm count in men. Helps to “wake up” any sleepy guys lol) had my hips all under pillows, make sure he ‘finished’ every time, laid all up against the walls so it would drip down etc but I keep failing urine tests also. No idea which is my ovulation date as my cycle runs about 30 days but I’ve has cycles go for 45 days, already had ‘implant bleeding’ and those little stretching like cramps. I swear to you I feel pregnant (even taking my prenatal vitamins) but I’m worried I’m going to end up like my aunt. It’s expensive all these tests. Even blood work. Anyway fingers crossed. (My last period was oct 5th) so got my blood HCG test coming up in 2 days.🤰🏻😊 hope it’ll show. #MamaToBe
