Chloe Ting! Calling anyone who has done her 2 week challenges!

Makayla

Decided to try it because I was bored with my usual workout, I am 7 weeks PP. I literally just finished the workout and as I sit here I don’t feel it in my core, legs, or arms like I would with my usual workout. I’m confused. After finishing the workout I just don’t feel happy, proud, upbeat like I would with my usual routine. Some of these workouts were a bit harder on me so I couldn’t complete 3 of them. Are the workouts she posts on YouTube supposed to only last the 15 minutes? After the first day how did you feel?

You go to her website and there is a schedule for the workout which is usually 1-4 YouTube videos in a row, not just one a day. Doing her workouts and following the schedule, pushing myself, I was able to lose weight and get stronger, I would deff feel sore pushing myself to do all the workouts and not cutting corners.

Oh okay! See I sometimes wish she would explain this inside of her videos. I did the 2020 2 week challenge and because I am newly postpartum I don’t have my strength fully back yet so I struggled quite a bit. Honestly I’m going to just go back to my regular routine, bored or not, it worked for me.

I do some of her videos. And you can also go to her website and it’ll tell you like on day one what videos to do then on day 2 what videos to do and so on. I’m currently doing the “ 10 min ABS workout to get flat belly in 30 days “ and the “ 10 min lower abs workout “ I’ve been a lot of people say on YouTube they work they seen results. But Nothing is going to work over night. Plus you can do them videos and some other workouts on your own. Also sometimes I do Chris Hería workout video that’s called “ workout at home for beginners ( Dumbbells only)” that video always has me SO sore the next day.
