Water break or urine?

I’m 35 weeks pregnant today. I felt a few drops of
Something leak from my vag. There was no blood and unfortunately I wasn’t wearing underwear so I can’t check the color. I can’t tell if my water is breaking slowly leaking amniotic fluid or if I had some incontinence?

This happened to me when I was 38 weeks. I just put on a panty liner, so I would be able to see. It was very light pink in color. At first it was just a little bit, but then it started happening every time I got up. That's when I figured it was time to go and get checked, and sure enough I was leaking.

Put a pad on and move around a bit. Try going from a sitting position to standing and from standing to sitting. If you feel like your letting out a gush when you do it could be your waters.

Put some underwear on preferably white or a color that can be easily transparent to the leaking fluid color. Lay down foe a little and then stand up if u notice leaking or if you go about you day and notice it more best to head into triage to have them check it.
