Butt rash? Or something else?

Is this just a diaper rash or something more? I’ve never seen it with the white bumps on it, I usually put desitin on every single diaper change, I feel so bad 😭

That doesn't look like any diaper rashes our son has had. You should getting litte one seen by their pediatrician.

Oo ouch! My baby had something that looked like this for a few days and it cleared up by itself when I did heaps of time without her diaper. If you are worried and it’s getting worse you could go tot the dr.
