Can blood lead to dark indents?

Question

I have had literally a ton of super faint, can't tell if there is color, lines on multiple tests, but...I am currently very lightly spotting. AF due in 3 days. Can blood mixed in urine lead to darker indents? Just curious.

I’ve never had that happen, but I’m sure once the liquid and dye settles, it would make sense for it to look darker.
