Traveling & unexpected pregnancy

We travel by camper/rv. I found out I was pregnant right before our two month long trip from Florida to Washington state. I got my first nurse visit before I left and scheduled an ultrasound that I unfortunately have to miss next week because we had to leave and they couldn't schedule it any sooner. ( I called four ultrasound places trying to find the soonest, but it turned out not to be soon enough)

I don't know if anyone else has traveled for extended periods of time while pregnant but if you have can you please share how you got OB care outta state? I have medicaid but it's state insurance and I don't know how that would work in a different state. Or if I paid outta pocket for the ultrasound for dating and sizing would they fax it to my OB back in Florida.

(I have gotten a private ultrasound to make sure baby is in the uterus but I know those places don't communicate with doctor offices
