PP workout progress

This year after having my first baby I invested in a trainer who specializes in repairing your core after having a baby. I was suffering from horrible lower back pain, not being able to feel or engage my core and my chronic illness was really starting to flare up from not being as active as I was before pregnancy.

Here is my 6 week update. I am already feeling so much better. Lower back isn’t aching as much, I feel stronger, have more endurance, my posture is improved and my body is feeling more like itself!

I don’t know how I’m finding the time to do this on top of chasing after a 10 month old and running a business but I’m doing my best and I’m really glad I made this commitment.
